Her award-winning work for top networks like HBO Max, BET, A+E, and The History Channel includes acclaimed programming such as The Last Days of World War II and standout promo campaigns like Swamp People Season 2, which earned a Promax Gold Award.


At BET Networks, Shasa served as a Senior Writer/Producer, developing and directing multi-platform campaigns for programs like Black Girls Rock, The Quad, and Being Mary Jane. Her expertise spans 360-degree campaigns across TV, radio, digital, and social platforms, featuring high-profile talent such as Queen Latifah, Kevin Hart, and Gabrielle Union.


Her tenure at A&E Television Networks included producing investigative reports and biographical programming that captivated audiences, such as The Great Debaters special and biographies on cultural icons like Fidel Castro and Mary Tyler Moore. Shasa’s storytelling extends to field-producing for daytime television, including The Dr. Phil Show and What Not to Wear, where she directed segments and oversaw interviews.
